I have known of Lori Sheidler’s design work for many years, but never had the opportunity to be able to utilize her services until I sold my home and bought a condo in downtown Phoenix! She was the first person I called once I signed on the line! Lori walked the condo and made a initial plan of what needed to be completed in the remodel. In reality, it required a total gut and rebuild of the inside of the condo!! My new condo was in a high-rise building, and there were many complicating factors! Lori managed the project from the design stage through supervision of each phase and finally to completion! She first met with all the required staff in the building and researched all the guidelines and rules that we needed. Throughout the remodel, Lori was the touch point for the tradesman and the condo management when any decisions needed to be made, or changes needed to be discussed! As far as her role with me during the remodel, we began our work on what I wanted, and what I needed to purchase, as far as finishes, colors, countertops, cabinets, flooring, and furniture! We made visits to various show rooms, and she listen to my interests, and respected my opinions, as well as contributed her valuable professional opinion! When we finished the project, she did a final walk-through and helped me put “blue tape” on places that needed to be re-addressed. She then worked with the team to make sure those were completed to both of our levels of satisfaction! People who saw the unit before the remodel, and after the remodel, cannot believe it’s the same place!! I’m so happy that Lori was there to guide me and to supervise the project. I can’t wait to set up another contract with her to work on more furnishings and artwork. I would never have made this big of a decision, if I didn’t know, she was there by my side and guiding me! I never felt like my money was being wasted, and she was always attentive to my likes, my budget, my lack of information, and my satisfaction!! I think if you work with Lori, you will never regret that decision! I highly recommend her for small or large projects!! Thank you, Lori for making my dream home happen!!
